Primary Contact For All Vendor Management
Contract Review: For All Booked & Pending Vendors

Event Management & Organization Of Logistics: Arrivals/Departures, Overseer Of Design Installations & Strike, Timeline Supervisor, Personal Wedding Items Transporter, Provide Bridal Emergency Kit, Liaison Between Wedding Party/Family Members/Vendors
Work Closely With Officiant, Direct Photographer/Videographer, Caterer, Bar Services, Waitstaff, & Musicians.
Greet Vendors & Oversee Design Of Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, & Reception
Compose All Required Timelines For Vendors, Suppliers, Bridal Party, Offician, Musicians, Staff, Etc
Rehearsal Coordination
Wedding Week Management For Lodging Accommodation, Vendor Final Payments, Honeymoon Reminders, Collection Of Important Wedding Day Items, Etc.
