  • Vendor Management- SSFD Will Become Primary Point Of Contact

  • Contract Review: For All Booked & Pending Vendors

  • Menu Coordination (hors d'oeuvre, salads, breads, entrees, designer desserts, beverages & signature drink selection)

  • Event Management: Organization Of Logistics, Arrivals/Departures, Overseer Of Design Installations & Strike, Timeline Supervisor, Liaison Between Vendors, VIP’s, Staff, Etc.

  • Work Closely With With Emcees, Direct Photographers/Videographers, Caterer, Bar Service, Waitstaff, & Musicians

  • Greet Vendors & Oversee Design Installation

  • Compose Production Timeline For Vendors & Suppliers
