*Cake Icing Spatula Knife: This will assist if you have to move a cake off a cake board or reposition a tier.
*Paint Brushes: For adding edible gold/silver/rose gold sheets, color additions, textured buttercream, edible dust, cake glitter, & more.
*Small Scissors: For cutting flower wires, toothpicks, straws, “grip”, & more.
*Tweezers: Assistance with precise placement of sugar pearls, flowers, or other cake design additions.
*Titanium Toothpick: For fondant & ganache bases I use this to pierce the surface before adding sugar, artificial, and/or fresh flowers.
*Tooth Picks: Helps with weight bearing needs for cake charms & flowers.
*Push Pins: These can be used for “front indicators” to mark the front of the cake when designing onsite.
*Gloves: Just in case……
*Hand Sanitizer Wipes: Obviously it sanitizes your hands, but I have used these wipes to remove red & other deep colors off cake boxes & cake boards. I always want every delivery to be perfect.
*Windproof Torch Lighter: Just in case you need to heat your spatula knife, light a candle, or be a solution to a planner or client searching for a lighter.
*Small White Fondant Pack: Helps level, cover, and sometimes off set cake additions.
